Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept various forms of payment, these include Cheques,Postal Orders,Credit cards and Nochex.

We accept the following credit and debit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, DELTA and SOLO. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Prices All prices quoted on this web site include VAT unless otherwise stated

VAT is charged at the standard rate of 15%. All goods despatched will include documentation to confirm that VAT has been charged.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are sent recorded delivery first class by ROYAL MAIL or PARCEL FORCE dependent on weight and value.
Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your goods next day on clearence of your payment, Credit and Debit Card payments usually take 3-5 days to clear. Delivery is reliant on outside agencies (Post Office, TNT) and I T Global Solutions cannot be held liable to any delays incurred once despatch is made.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. To our knowledge we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet
Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. all of our products come with a full 7 day no quibble guarantee unless for hygenic reasons they are of a personal nature and have been used/worn. A refund will be provided within 30 days. We do not refund postal charges in these cases. In the case that a product has been purchased and is then found to be incompatible with your equipment (Computer and its software for example) or that software has been opened and/or the product used and no fault found a 20% restocking fee will apply. All refunds will automaticaly be credited back to your card.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.We do not email customers except in connection with their order. Returns Policy

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged you MUST inform us within 48 hours of recieving your goods.

If a fault becomes apparent in the first 30 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us. Please check with the manufacturesr documentation to ensure that all the operating instructions have been followed correctly before reporting a faulty item.

we will then provide you with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) The RMA number is valid for 10 days. The RMA number must be attached to the outside of the shipping package. The faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging complete with any software and manuals, incomplete packages will be refused. Please note refund for any other reasons is subject to goods being unused. All items include a 12 month manufactures warranty, this should be filled out and despatched upon receipt of goods.
